I work with clients to restore energy and balance into their lives drawing upon a range of therapeutic practices which range from talk therapy, to inner awareness practices such as mindfulness and Focusing as well as expressive therapies such as art & sandplay. Through counselling and psychotherapy you can strengthen your internal resources leading to an enhanced capacity for relating to others, improved self-trust and inner confidence. My focus is to provide a respectful, safe and deeply supportive space for you to explore and understand the things that cause difficulty or confusion in your life as well as to help you design and create the life you want to lead.
Counselling is typically a limited number of sessions which pay attention to a specific problem or situation. Psychotherapy is concerned with the exploring deeper aspects of yourself and how you live your life and normally involves looking at a range of issues, patterns and concerns as well as your strengths, values and desires.
Both counselling and pschyotherapy provide an opportunity for you to express your deepest thoughts and feelings and to feel fully heard.
