This course is designed to help you explore your boundaries in your life supporting personal growth and emotional autonomy strengthening inner resiliance, confidence and self-trust. We will also explore boundaries in relationships deepening awareness around staying connected to your sense of Self while relating to others.
To fully benefit from this series you will need some Focusing experience - if you do not have any experience I can offer 2 one-to-one Orientation to Focusing coaching sessions ~ getting in touch your felt sense and listening as a Focusing partner.
Sunday mornings 9.30am - 12:00pm
January 29 Feeling into our boundaries - sensing into our unique boundary system
February 26 Touching into Tight places - withdrawing & exploring not wanting to take up too much space
March 25 Expansive boundaries - creating distance for yourself from others or life
April 29 Porous & vague boundaries - maintaining contact to alleviate the anxiety of feeling alone
May 27 Thick & rigid - exploring inflexible boundaries to keep things out & feel in control
June 24 Noticing Contact with others - sensing for "the right distance"
July Winter Break
August 26 Exploring experiences of abandonment & invasion
September 30 Dancing with Defensiveness
October 28 Exploring Emotional Autonomy
November 25 Claiming your Space while connecting with others
Contribution is $350 for all 10 sessions pre-paid. Pay-as-you-go is $40 per session.
Come with a friend and pay only $300 each or $35 per session.
