Reiki

 
Reiki is a system of healing rediscovered in the early part of the twentieth century by Japanese scholar and healer Mikao Usui.
Reiki enables negative energies held in cells of the body to be released.
Reiki sessions involve the practitioner placing their hands on or above the body, over energy meridians, chakras and areas of need.
Energetic balancing may be experienced at the emotional, physical or spiritual levels.
Reiki sessions can promote deep relaxation, relieve stress, assist healing and balance energy.
Reiki sessions normally last 50-60 minutes. You remain fully clothed during the session. As an energy balancing modality

 Reiki supports all holistic and traditional treatments.
